After three years, they discontinue online support. This means after three years you can no longer download your account activity from your bank or credit card unless you buy a completely new version. They do not advertise this clearly at all in their product literature. This is deceptive. Given this and the new version I've been forced to buy has no significant new features from my 2007 version I need, I rate this a one-star.
