If only this program actually did what it is supposed to do! The idea is great, the execution is just awful. I maintain membership information for our organization in both Microsoft Outlook and Quickbooks, and I was delighted to find out about a software package that could seamlessly integrate the two and eliminate all of the double-entry that I have to do. I have spent many hours trying to get Customer Manager to synchronize with Outlook and Quickbooks, and I've finally given up. I constantly get fatal error messages and have had multiple CTRL-ALT-DEL situations; I'm just thankful my original data sets have not been corrupted throughout my struggles. I'm a fairly experienced and adept computer user; I am very disappointed that Intuit would release such a bugged-out piece of software. I should have known better than to buy Version 1.0 of any new product. But I thought I could trust Intuit.Get more detail about QuickBooks Customer Manager.
