It does what it says it does: it helps you to file your Federal and State taxes, walks you through keying in all the data needed to do it, and prints out all the forms, ready to pop into the mail.
That being said, it really wasn't all that much help with the Alternate Minimum Tax; there were no suggestions on how to reduce it, and no clues as to how to avoid it.
Perhaps I expected too much.Get more detail about Turbotax Deluxe 2006 with o State.
