The Item is very good has helped my secretary keep good records, I recomend that people use this item to keep good track of incoices. Please I need some help I have difficulty backing up the files. I follow the instructions and it seems that the file has been backed up but when I try to open the flopy in an other computger I get an error " file can not be opend %SPE not found, Thanks
