Upgraded from 2003. Was concerned because of previous reviews but the upgrade went just fine.
Pros: Product running without a hitch on XP, it is possible that one of the hotfixes solved alot of the previous problems.
Cons: Slightly slower startup, Registration had a loopback problem and even after completing it it would ask to register again. It finally took the registration.Get more detail about QuickBooks Pro 2006 5-Users.
