A very easy to use tool for keeping your budget on track. the only improvement I would suggest is that it let you track your current expenditures alongside the budget, but that is just a minor nuisance. I would reccommend this to anyone who doesn't like complicated excel sheets and it is much easier to understand than those budgets that are included in Quicken and MS Money.Get more detail about Budget Express 3.0.
