After some bad experiences with Tax Cut business software (which is much cheaper than the Personal + Business combo you must buy if you opt for TurboTax), I have used Turbotax Business for 2003 and 2004. I could probably handle a 1041 tax return with paper and pen, but the corporate return would be beyond me. It's either tax software or hire an accountant.
So I'm perfectly satisfied with the software. What I don't like is Intuit. I ordered TurboTax Business from the company last fall, and for months received no confirmation of my order. Then, toward the end of December, I received TWO copies in the mail. I returned one copy unopened. Then I was double-billed. At my request, the credit card company reversed one of the charges.
Now, six months later, I find myself dunned by Intuit for the unpaid, unused, and returned software. The moral: never, never buy from this company direct. Go through a trusted third-party vendor like Amazon or BJ's Wholesale Club.Get more detail about TurboTax Business 2004.
