1. if you buy the single user version, you may not be able to reinstall it on a new computer later.
2. Unless you buy your supplies (paper and toner), you will not receive a validation # and will then have to go through endless keystrokes to finally print the check.
3. They will sell you a validation # for a fee
Virtually everything about this software is designed to pick your pocket. Paper and MICR toner is available elsewhere at lower prices.
I would not recommend this unless you can find no other check writing software available. (I couldn't due to Intuit forced updates, etc)
